Repairs, Maintenance, and Equipment Values:
We do our best to keep equipment maintained and field ready throughout the season. Contact us right away if you see any damage. You are responsible for damage or missing parts incurred while you have possession of the equipment (outside of normal wear and tear) - let us know immediately then repair, or arrange repair with us.
We're all part of the maintenance program - after use, make sure to clean, empty, and grease for the next person.
☐Wash all the dirt and debris off of the discs and tires.
☐Empty and clean the seed boxes and tubes thoroughly. It is recommended to use a vacuum and/or air compressor to ensure that all of the seed is removed from the boxes and tubes before your rental term is over. DO NOT USE WATER TO CLEAN THE SEED BOXES.
☐Grease all fittings.
☐Inspect the equipment for any breakage or wear. If you do find any breakage or wear, contact the CRWFA so that we can arrange any needed maintenance.
